The new girls changed quickly and started their hustle for guys to buy them drinks. I have been around for a long time and know the score on that hustle. Of course the girls were a little miffed. The girls also did the well known room hustle after they left the stage. I did not tip every girl that came to me. Of course they were miffed, but I did not give a damn. I tipped one girl and then she had the nerve to ask for my quarters. Some of the girls did get nude, some did not. If you are not fully stripping, then what are you there for. This was not a good review for Royal Palace, I'm sorry. Most girls at strip clubs think that they are entitled to a man's money. I have noticed this entitlement phenomenon the last few years in both the DC and Baltimore strip clubs, where the girls will shake their ass for five seconds and try to demand a tip from you. Just say thank you and divert your attention to the new girl on stage or turn back to the bar. It is your hard earned money, make it count. You know this 'stripper as employee' thing is gainin steam when you see a CNN article on it! Obviously the dancers who are pursuin these lawsuits are the ones who don't make any $! But what's really fucked up is that if they succeed, they'll completely ruin the SC biz!ĭancers should want to be independent contractors. Many (if not most) strippers have a regular job, so dancing is just a way to get side $. The biggest problem will be taxes! Do strippers really want to fill out W-2s & have FICA deducted from what they earn? The LAST thing they should want to deal with is all the red tape that comes w / being an employee.
